Terrible hotel...

Very bad experience, room has been booked and paid to Expedia since 2 months ago , but when I arrive at 23h they told me that not more room for me cause the previous guest extend their stay , they have booked a room for me in another hotel that I don't like at all , very dirty room , the bed is not comfortable , I ask for a non smoking room but I have a smoking room , the room is too old and too expensive for what I paid to Expedia . Expedia made me so disappointed , they charge me but they are not able to confirm my room ...

地下鉄に近い手頃なホテル

良いところ 駅が近い。 お手頃価格。 清潔さは問題無し。 悪いところ 地図と場所が違う。 従業員の対応がのんびりしてる。チェックインに10分以上かかった。下記のミスを入れると更にかかってます。 チェックイン後、ルームキーがエラーで部屋に入れなかった。セット忘れ?

Cons: 設施老舊 房卡每天都失效,都得到櫃臺重新過卡
地點方便,附近有地鐵及商場, 但房間設施過於老舊且未積極維護 飯店緊鄰大馬路,房間窗戶過於老舊無法緊閉,過於吵雜

vendem apto c/vista,entrega Mini Quarto sem janela

Hotel muito bem localizado, entretanto estou muito descepcionado, porque ao ver as fotos no Hotel.com aparece o hotel com vista para a Torre de TV de Guangzhou, reservei o Hotel e ao chegar lá me colocaram num quartinho que nem janela tinha, me recusei a ficar e a única opção que tinha era pagar mais U$ 50 por dia para ter acesso a uma janela, enfim ter acesso a luz natural e uma ventilação saúdavel me custou mais U$ 50 por dia, mas o problema maior eu acho que está no Hotel.com que deveria ao revender através seu site, ínformar os preços X são sem janela e num mini quarto de X metros e também ofertar o preço do quarto maior com janelas e ponto final, ou Hotel.com está omitindo para obter vantagens ou o próprio hotel em que fiquei, achei isso um absurdo, fora isso o hotel não tem café da manhã, mas o café realmente é informado pelo hotéis.com.
