Great hotel

The hotel was beautiful, everything was clean and in excellent condition, plus the staff were very prompt even when I arrived in the middle of the night.

Bedbugs. Everywhere. Our room was covered.

My room was covered in bedbugs. So was my business partner who was on a different floor. We also had an issue with our reservation and the manager would not work with us. We come to China every year for the Canton Fair. We won't ever stay here again.

The hotel was okay overall. Had trouble speaking to the front desk in English. Location wise it's not so convenient as it's 15 minutes away by car to the central area of the city.

It will need shuttle bus to Downtown Guangzhou or Malls areas for shopping.

Nice hotel, but....

Cons: F&B
very nice hotel I always like to stay with, staff is very helpful with some exception the communication is not always easy, what I do not like at this hotel the over prized F&B, if the quality would be up to it, no problem but the quality is not that good
