for a building that is not new, the maintenance is already very good. The rooms are big according to today's standards and the bathroom is also comfortable. I enjoy the stay in this hotel. keep it up.

This property could use a refresh. Although it is clean, it is dated. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff is very accommodating. Very close to Hakata Station. We only stayed for one night because it was a stopover for an early flight the next morning.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Nikko. Customer service is always excellent and why I always come back. The wonderful concierge service who helped us plan all my large families meals and the bell hop who helped us with our shipping needs, and bags always treated us with a smile. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes away from Hakata station. The room is spacious and very clean. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone. We will definitely come back again.

Convenient location, connected to few exit from the station or even you can walk outside and few minutes to JR Hakodate station. Clean, quiet room, good amenity. My husband and I both enjoyed Japanese breakfast at their 2nd floor restaurant. Quiet, relaxing, great service. Will definitely stay again if we go to Fukuoka.

Customer service was top notch. From the concierge, to the bell man, to the front desk. Everyone was friendly, professional and made you feel welcome. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Fukuoka. Room was also really big and comfortable.

The customer service I received at the Nikko Fukuoka was outstanding. They go out of their way to help your whether it’s with reservations for dinner, or checking up on how your stay is going. This happened when they made sure I was upgraded and received my vip Expedia rewards. Glad I’m going back to stay on return to fukuoka.
