It was nearing winter time during our stay and glad the heating works well throughout the apartment. Owner is really helpful and friendly too! Overall a value stay :)

便宜、偶遇，CP值高
價格低廉，老闆打掃得很乾淨，親切又熱情。距離火車站大約600公尺，可以搭乘火車去函館。 但距離函館市區還有6公里遠，附近又沒什麼景點，民宿位於大馬路旁，車輛來往有點吵。 順便一提，老闆是位鐵路迷，有興趣者可以和他討論。

函館でお手頃に泊まるなら。
函館の宿泊施設はやたらと高いと思います。出費を抑えたい方はオススメです。ドミトリーに泊まりましたが特に問題はありません。ただし、クーラーがないです。寝る、スマホの充電、シャワーを浴びることだけであれば十分なお宿だと思います。
