Resort hotel with a private onsen, and it was a relaxing experience. The room was clean and had a modern artistic design, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice, and the food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. The public onsen amenities were good, but I have a couple of suggestions. The sign indicating "no shoes" should be bigger and placed on the entrance door, and the shuttle car between Gora station and the hotel should run more frequently. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with these improvements, it could be even better.

Stunning, comfortable property! My husband and I adored staying here. Great breakfast buffet with tons of options. The footbath and onsen are very relaxing. Plus the in-room, open-air bath was just what we needed! The staff here are very kind and go above and beyond. The hotel has a small shuttle if you need to get up the hill to Gora. There are only 4 or 5 seats, so plan to be patient if you're there on the weekend. It is possible to walk up to Gora station, but it is a vertical hike. This would be an amazing spot for locals looking to break away for the weekend. We wish we were there now!
