The pillows were almost threadbare thin and had stains on them. When we called to get replacements, they first brought up BATH TOWELS which was not what we asked for. Then after a second communication they brought up PILLOW CASES, which was also not what we asked for. In the end I just ended up double wrapping all the pillows, which helped a bit. But only by a bit. I recently bought a brand new pillow from Walmart for $7.99. Which means this hotel can more than afford brand new pillows for each hotel room at a wholesale price. We woke up with sore necks and backs.
The shower was gross and had dust in every nook and cranny of the siding glass door. There were visible stains in the shower. How does a shower get "stained?" There was also a soggy piece of tissue on the floor of the bathroom which was just gross and we ended up tip toeing around it the entire time.
The furniture was extremely old and antiquated. Our phone wasn't even plugged in and/not working. I had to use my cell phone to call the office.
My boyfriend's room key didn't work. So had I lost mine on the beach, we wouldn't have been able to get back into our room.
The free breakfast consisted of a 2x3 ft space with a mini fridge of things no one would want to eat for breakfast. We will not be back.
