Nice hotel that offers comfortable rooms at a reasonable rate. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options/choices. Staff is always friendly and helpful

The pool is closed certain times throughout the week until 815pm for public swimming lessons. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as I would have booked elsewhere. This is not ideal if planning to take little ones swimming. Very disappointing!

Do not stay if you have mobility issues, as you have to use the stairs no matter what level you're on. Hallways are so confusing. Dirty rag was in the corner of the doorway outside my door when I arrived and stayed there almost 12hours. Usually hotels have extra items incase you forgot something. I needed a feminine product, but they had none. I was a little disappointed.

Right now the city is in a rental crisis , after a incident in my apartment in the middle of the the night I arrived here with my dog and the staff were absolutely amazing ; knowing I was paying out of pocket for accommodations until I found a place they helped me find the best rates they also offered me a few meals in the restaurant, which is fantastic by the way , I couldn’t say greater things about this place , particularly Cullen the front of the house manager!

Very nice hotel and lots of parking options. They have free wifi and breakfasts. They also have a nice pool, workout room, and an arcade! Very nice spot and easy to locate!

Overall I had a good experience. Staff were friendly, hot breakfast was great, room was clean. The room did have a bit of a scent but it’s expected with older hotels. The only negative remark is it was extremely noisy. There was kids up and down the hallway until midnight, and the walls felt paper thin. No fault of the hotel, just unfortunate.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean property and hotel staff were very friendly. Fantastic breakfast option that changed every morning of our stay. The Lakeside bar & grill that is situated in the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed a great meal one evening. Kids really enjoyed the arcade on site.
