For the cost deposit that i was charged (also having to wait 24 hours to get the deposit back). The room was in very poor condition and definitely not worth $150/night, the wifi was so slow it was barely quicker than dial up, (Gen-X'ers can relate), my cell phone had quicker services. And I really got upset about being lied to by staff,they stated at 10:30 am this morning that I'd have the deposit back in 3-4 hours, it is now 4:46 pm and i still have not received it. Would I recommend this hotel? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Go down the street to Comfort inn, at least when a couple stays there, each adult automatically finds 2 pillows on the bed for each person, not a pillow and cushion...

Our room was dusty, we had 1 face cloth..asked for more and some extra pillows got facecloths but was told that we couldn't have extra pillows as housekeeping went home, you can't check in til 3..how are you supposed to get anything? There was 1 spare pillow in a bag in the closet but when we opened it, it stunk so bad of body odor. We had to buy our own pillows, the toilet was wobbly,the bathroom lock was broken. Behind the bathroom door on the register was hair and thick dust. Just a very gross and disappointing stay. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly as well and when we looked underneath there were random screws drilled in....very unprofessional and dangerous. This motel definitely needs some repairs and a good scrubbing.

My husband an I stayed there for 1 night an the staff was extremely friendly..property is deff old an outdated an we had a few cobwebs around the wall that we just dusted off ourselves but the room otherwise was very clean..Im a paranoid crazy person lol so I had my husband check the whole bed an the room with a light lol and it was pretty clean an not a site of a bug around lol..we loved the little kitchenette it came in handy for us an we had cable an internet which was also great..The price was great since we only stayed 1 night an we will deff stay again..

This my second time staying here. Front desk staff was over the top fantastic. Its not a brand new hotel so you get what you pay for. But its clean and safe. Continental breakfast has toast, fruit, muffins etc. All you need. This will be my only place I stay when in Dartmouth.

My room was dated but clean and safe which was all I was looking for. Staff was great and helpful. The area itself isn't too much to look at and you would need a vehicle to get around, but it was what I would expect for 125$ for a night. Continental breakfast had bagels, toast, cereal, juice coffee fruit. All you need. No issues with the reservation or with check in. Will stay again for sure.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel that does need to be updated. The room itself was clean ( I did the dust test), however there were cobwebs on the lights where the breakfast room was.
