Ok but needs improvement.

Pros: Location and clean.
Location: Close to shopping
Room and hotel clean. Beds are hard, pillows are lumpy. Dogs barked half the night. Breakfast was not good at all. Bread was stale, eggs had no taste, ham was over cooked, waffles were hard, coffee is kept in the lobby not the dining room. Don't bother complaining all you get is oooo we are sorry for your inconvenience.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the breakfast, and that another guest left their dog alone in their room. I hope this expereince does not prevent you from staying at Choice Hotels in the future.

Met our needs

Pros: The included breakfast offered a very good variety which we appreciated since we were staying for several days.
Cons: More tourist information would have been helpful, including bus map, city map, sights to see.
Location: The hotel is in a more industrial setting with little restaurants/services nearby. You had to travel a distance to get anything to eat or shop.
Everything went smoothly - room was ready as promised. Check-out was smooth. Front desk staff were friendly but not overly communicative. The room included a microwave and small fridge which were not indicated on the hotel's website or features list. We took advantage of them. The option of having a firm or soft pillow for the bed was appreciated. The cleaning staff we met in the hallways were very cheery, asked if we needed anything, and wished us well. We felt it was good value overall.

Location: Harbour tours museums market s
Excellent to deal with, nothing was a problem to deal with I would stay there again.

Convenient location

Nice clean room and easy check-in. Very busy breakfast area. The single hotel staff working the eating area was overwhelmed. Food was good.

Great hotel for business trip or quick overnight.

Our family stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The hotel is clean and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast was a little hectic in the morning as there isn't much seating, but we just took our breakfast to our room on the mornings we couldn't get a seat. No big deal. There is no elevator in the hotel so be sure to request 1st floor if there is mobility issues. I would recommended this hotel for a quick overnight for a family or a regular stay for business. The amenities here are slim. No gym, pool, etc. However, the staff seem to go above and beyond to make your stay a great one.
