The pool and spa were what was the turn off, no jets for the spa, the seats felt filthy, it wasn’t clean in there. Over crowded, used towels everywhere and a lot of out door shoes making it rather gross to be barefoot. There was also a brand new baby in the spa tub being held by adults obviously but it was extremely uncomfortable to watch. We had to leave and the reason we chose your hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Everyone at the desk was lovely and room was clean

The hotel and staff were fine, however, the guests on the 5 th floor were partying and there were toddlers and preschoolers running around the hallway after quiet hours, knocking on doors, shooting hockey pucks off the doors etc, security was called and visited the guests but the racket didn’t stop until 2 am I was in the lobby at 11:30pm and watched 3 kids, approximately 5/6 years old, run out into the parking lot totally unsupervised in a pouring rain storm. The hotel itself was fine, but our neighbors were drunk, loud and belligerent, making fun of security after he left, standing right outside our door, hollering. We witnessed another woman drunk in the elevator looking for her 4 year old.🙄

We had a nice quiet stay on the top floor. Build your own waffle at brekfast bar. Hotel has lots of kids on lower floors especially in the big pool etc. Easter bunny dropped by to see them Sunday morning.

Breakfast was delicious!! The beds were clean and comfortable. The room had belongings from a previous guest, including medication.The fridge had gatorade spilled in it and the bathroom door handle was dirty and sticky. Sink didn't drain well and there was mold in the shower. For three hundred and fifty dollars a night...this hotel should be spotless!!

I would describe my stay there as not one of my best. However nothing that occurred was under the Hotels direct control. There was a youth hockey team staying on multiple levels who were loud past 10pm. The Hotel did have a security guy who I'm sure did his best to corral the little buggers. When I made inquiries about the noise at the front desk they did send him back up to my level so they were pretty responsive. Unfortunately at a little past midnight the fire alarm started to sound so that was fun. I chalk that up to one of the kids though just screwing around. If you take away the loud guests that the Hotel staff did their best with and the Fire Alarm which was outside their control the rest of my experience was pretty good. The room was adequate and nice, kids enjoyed the pool, and the free breakfast was amazing. I would stay again, however I would call first to see if there were any sports teams booked over any potential stay.

Upon check-out, my father asked for a printed folio/receipt and was told this would be emailed instead, and did not offer to accommodate my father's preference for a printed copy. This is very poor customer service. The very least he could have done would have been to explain the email and then ask if that was acceptable or if my father would prefer a printed copy.

Expedia did not update their profile for this hotel, and the pool area and hot tub is closed for an extended period of time. It has already been closed for a month before our booking. I specifically picked this location because I wanted a hotel with a pool. I'm not going to use Expedia anymore it's just not worth it because the information on their app is not up to date.

We had to ask to move rooms after first night. The hotel was working on the pool area and the smell of the welder was making it difficult to breath. We had to listen to the grinder (noisy) and could hear the highway traffic all night. After being moved to th fourth floor on the second night d, we had to sk for a group of young hockey plyers to quiet down afyer 11 pm. The hotel was dated and not the cleanest.Also when we booked,ther ws no me tion of the pool being worked on
