Great hotel but not the most comfortable. The room felt cold and not ventilated some nights. This hotel does offer free parking and breakfast.

I only stayed for one night but the experience was very pleasant. The food at the hotel restaurant was superb and the staff were very attentive. I would definitely recommend The Halliburton to our travelling friends.

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast included.
Cons: The art work on the walls. With such great art in the local galleries (Secord Gallery) it would be nice if the hotel freshened their walls.
Location: Excellent. Waterfront. Cafe's. Teichert Gallery. Library not too far.
Beautiful ambience . Clean. Spacious room. Great View.

Pros: Everything except the "half-steps" i kept tripping over.

Nice comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Not as grand as the description, but felt just right! Good breakfast included and free car parking around the back.

Good value, nice place

Posted Oct 26, 2016
Pros: Location, breakfast, friendly staff
Location: Near the harbor and all it's attractions. Many good restaurants nearby.
The hotel is actually three houses standing side by side. The rooms come in a variety of sizes and on different floors. It does not have an elevator, but the rooms are well worth the cost and the breakfast is much better and more substantial than the description would have you believe. It is well located and quiet, despite being right on the road. It is walking distance to the harbor walk and a number of good restaurants and attractions. The restaurant in the hotel is outstanding, but closed on Sunday and Monday. It is also small, so a reservation is a good idea. There is free parking, but it is limited.

Pros: Loved the cozy room full of antiques that created a real homey feel.
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. Just wish I had time to try to hotel restaurant, Stories.
Location: Within walking distance to the water and many attractions - Citadel, Alexander Keith's Brewery, fine dining and shopping.
