This was one of the best stays that I have experienced. The staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Every staff person that I engaged with super friendly and very professional. We loved it there, The only negative was the parking was a bit expensive.

Great location. Lots of options for sightseeing, dining, shopping, coffee shops,… Reasonably priced. Chose the Executive room. Lots of room.

Some things are in need of touch ups, such as the elevator. However, staff go above and beyond, and overall it’s still a beautiful place

This hotel was a big disappointment to me, because I could not sleep because of the noise in the corridors, and in the rooms nearby. Ironically, I think this noise issue is the result of the hotel being "too quiet". There is no central air handling unit in the hotel, so there is no fan noise to mask all of the other noises that are present. So you "hear everything", making it impossible for me to sleep in my room. There may be a fan that can be activated inside the room, but I could not make it work.

Check in was very easy & staff at the front desk were great. Although the restaurant was closed for upgrades they waived our parking fee. Lots of restaurants within walking distance so it wasn’t a big deal.

The information on laundry and dry cleaning needs to be updated. I was informed by the front desk that dry cleaning would take 48 hours and that the wash service was do it yourself. The restaurant was under renovation until march 2024. It would have been thoughtful to stock the mini fridge in the room but there seems to be a gap in customers’ expectations and the amount of inconvenience the hotel thinks the customers will put up with .

Reception requested 200 grants for deposit after they told me 100 was enough but the next day they charged me another 100 bucks without any notice. After 10 days they send my money back. It does not satisfy me because I'm first time traveler in this hotel and to chase my money back I tried several called to them until they sent my money back
