Pros: Hotel rooms have been comfortable. It has a great location with restaurants and amenities nearby.Good, secure parking lot close to hotel entrance.

Very disappointed no Christmas holiday spirit here

What a disappointment! I love the Westin but not this time! The staff here is not interested in making your visit Pleasant or extending any type of holiday cheer so don't plan on getting greeted with a smile or anything special it's more like the Grinch who stole Christmas here! Overall due to the horrible staff experience it made the rest of the experience just as horrible. I must say the brand of Westin is going down for the money you spend on this hotel you're better off getting a hotel that represents the money that you're going to spend

Great experience all around!

Pros: Everything! Staff, room, food, drink, venue!
Cons: Perhaps make it clear that a Visa Debit cannot be used for the damage deposit. I had booked/paid with mine but they would only accept a regular card.
It was my first time actually staying at the Westin and I was very very pleased. I was able to get a great deal on their "premium room" which was gorgeous! Spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was one of my favorites!! Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. Check-in was a breeze with a lovely young lady taking care of everything for us. We we're there for a competition being held in the building so had many supplies with us. Not only was the staff accommodating and quick with our requests for a trolly, but the gentleman also helped us take everything downstairs AND helped pack our car. I would absolutely stay here again anytime!

Great stay close to our venue...other than the heater/ air conditioner been very outdated, it was nice and comfortable.

Great price, good location, friendly staff, prompt check-in , whatelse is important? Taxi service is waiting at your front door and only 5$ downtown

Friendly, helpful staff!

I stayed here for a short "staycation" and an quite pleased with my experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful - from the valet to the cleaning staff who greeted me in the hallway on my way to my room. Check in was easy and a very pleasant experience, and I was made to feel welcome. The room wasn't huge, but clean and comfortable. Having Starbucks in room coffee and a mini-fridge added to the experience, and the toiletries provided were great. My only concern was that one of the facecloths had a lot of (shaven?) hair embedded in it, but this is minor. I didn't try the room service or onsite restaurant, so unfortunately can't speak to those. They also offer an inexpensive gear "rental" in the event that you've forgotten your own and wish to take advantage of the gym...or the in room exercise videos. I would definitely recommend the Westin, and hope to stay there again on my next overnight stay.
