The room is bare minimum. What surprise me is that there is no hot water pot in the room. Even though I can get it, the last pot, from reception but there is rust inside so i think it is not suitable for drink. The staff are very nice to solve my hit water issue in many way. I also found used sock at the corner of my room.

Easy access to Innsbruck via train or bus. Room was clean and of a good size. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would return. Be nice if a kettle was provided in the rooms.

Property and staff are top notch. Greeted with a smile. Breakfast buffet has scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, yogurt, fruit, hot drinks, juice, etc. Parking is in a garage below for a small fee. Was very impressed with this hotel in its entirety.
