Decent place to stay

Pros: Location right off the freeway.
Cons: I saw that you’re working on replacing the carpet, so that’ll be great.
Location: Didn’t do anything. Just spent the night.
We just needed a spot for an overbite and this place was fine. Breakfast variety was really nice. Hotel is generally in good shape and is being updated. Rooms were clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. Pool was quite nice for a Best Western, so that was a pleasant perk. Fitness room was clean and offered a good assortment of tools.

Friendly staff

Our stay was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there was a good variety of food for breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The negatives are the hotel is situated next to a strip club. A lot of guys hang out in the parking lot making it a creepy walk late at night from car into hotel. If you come in late it's hard to find parking. We also had a roach in our room however we only seen one.

Coffee was undrinkable. Towels were put on floor in hallways to catch water from a leaky roof. DANGEROUS!!!!

Bad service in front desk in the night bad odor dirty towel, over pricing I'm not recomended.

Pros: Close by the casino
Due to hurricane Irma we lost power outages and had to go to a hotel looking to watch the news on tv and cool down from the heat. Well everything was ok until I found out that their was no internet nor tv..

Had miscommunication at check-in as I was initially overcharged. This put a hold on my account (for payment) higher than it should have been, and it could not be corrected until checkout. Room was fine. No noise problems, bed was a little hard but comfortable enough. Location was right off interstate, so convenient. Only a few miles from the beach. Area appeared to be a little rundown. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes with fruit was good.

Great hotel & convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the buffet breaksfast was great (just wish they had a waffle maker), the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was great. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We'll definitely stay there again.

Ants & Mildew.

Ants in the bed and bathroom. Horrible smell in the room, it smelled like mildew. They refused to give me my money back and insisted on giving me reward points instead so I can have a free night there. I would have rathered my money back as I dont want to stay there again. Very displeased

Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom, a nicer shower is always welcomed
Location: All perfect, dinner and night entertainment
Nice hotel well located, stay near I95 is always a good idea when traveling for business.

Nice hotel but ....

Change the individual a.c units in each room. Change hallway carrots on all floors. Lobby looks amazing time to revamp the guest rooms/floors.
