Highly Recommended
We booked this stay as a part of our holiday to Hanoi and couldn't recommend this enough. I personally loved every moment of this cruise, from the communication with Bhaya, to the logistics of the transfer, our complimentary upgrade to their better boat, the service on board, the food, the happy hour and activies. It was all fantastic and a great way to see, travel and learn about Halong Bay. Thank you to Kevin and his team who exceeded all of our expectations!

Perfect service- absolutely recommended
We were pleasantly surprised to have been given a complimentary upgrade to the higher-end Auco cruises! The cruise itself was amazing, the staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of and their service was simply fantastic! There were also various activities like kayaking and cycling which we could enjoy. Personally I felt that the pace was a little slow as there was a lot of waiting time in between the activities but if you don’t mind just chilling out and enjoying the breathtaking scenery then it’s not a problem at all!

Boat and all activities were great and well organised. Nothing felt rushed and all were enjoyable. Small group and good food and drinks, which were reasonably priced, esp during happy hour. Transfer was prompt and very comfortable...executive van with plenty of legroom and recline. Jessica and her team made the experience very enjoyable

Great Halong Bay Experience
Overall good stay and no regrets booking with Bhaya Cruises. Two things worth considering: 1. We booked a 3 Day / 2 Night itinerary, but the overall operation seems more catered toward the 2 Day / 1 Night crowd. There were repeated activities on the 1st and 2nd & 2nd and 3rd days, which whilst they were enjoyable activities we didn't want to do twice. 2. We paid extra for one of the better rooms on 'Bhaya Premium', but knowing what we know now we probably wouldn't do again. The better rooms have extra space, a balcony and are located on the upper deck. In practice, the extra space is nice but not really necessary, the balcony is too small to be usable for a couple, and the upper deck location doesn't offer much more vs. being on the lower deck (which still has outward views / big windows etc.)

Great to discover Halong Bay
We spent 2 nights (definitely more activities and fun than for 1 night) on Bhaya Cruises 3 and really enjoyed our stay in Halong Bay, probably the best option! The boat was beautiful, the food delicious from breakfast to dinner and the staff super friendly. The 'Terrasse Suite' room was really worth the extra dollars! The company was also very professional in organizing transfers for us from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh.

As someone who often gets seasick, I was a little apprehensive about booking a cruise. But the ship basically doesn't have to go too far (or fast) to get to the main sites. The seas were calm and the boat was parked in a calm area. I didn't even have to take a Dramamine. The service was friendly. Cave tour was great. We were on ship #3. They did a sort of dance/performance at the end which was unnecessary for both us and them. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Cruise manager made our trip
Linh, our cruise manager, had provided great customer service and made our trip a delightful one despite the bad weather that had the cruises return to the harbour at night. The company had changed the itinerary to take guests to the Surprise cave and Titop Island, which in my opinion are the main highlights of the tour, while the ship was still able to set sail. The food and cooking class on board were great as well!

Wonderful 2 night cruise on Halong Bay.
The boat could cater for 12 but there were only 7 people on our cruise -the company was good!. The cabins were lovely and very clean. The staff were very attentive and the scenery was amazing. The food was delicious: 4 course lunches and 5 course dinners with a Vietnamese roll cooking demonstration thrown in. Perfect

We had a bedroom with a little balcon with an excellent view. The food was great. We loved that The cruise was small ( 7 bedrooms), because that made The whole experience more intimate. I would definetely recomend this experience and i think one night is enough. The only bad thing is that on The way to ha long, you ride a bus that stops on a production worshop that sells everything for 20 minutes. Maybe it should stop only going there ( not on both rides) or make The stop shorter only for The bathroom.

The crew was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cruise boat as a whole was beautiful. Would have loved more time on the boat to not feel as rushed. Also wouldn't have minded doing things that didn't go along the same itinerary as all the other boats. All in all though it was a great trip!

Food was amazing! Lots of variety and excellent quality. Rooms were just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Can't tell you how friendly the staff was. They spoke fluent English and were eager to help. We dropped our camera into the bay and they literally dove into the water to retrieve it. I was amazed. The memory card had all of our photos. They saved our trip.

Food was average and not worth the good ratings on the website. Management on the boat were very rude and had very little English skills especially Maria the 2nd manager on board. Maria also lacked customer services and her attitude to the other staff on board was disgusting, they were all exceptional and no one could fault.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, well organised and totally relaxing. Everything I was hoping for in a cruise ,scenery was spectacular . Loved the little private outside deck which other boats did not provide.

깨끗하고 음식이 맛있었고 직원들이 친절합니다. 단지 방이 너무 좁습니다. 저희 부부는 101호 였는데 뱃머리라 방이 반듯한 사각형이 아니였는데 욕실이 좁아 샤워하기가 불편했습니다. 카누 요금별도 입니다. 옵션에 포함이 안되있어 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외는 만족합니다.

Es algo espectacular despertarte y estar en medio del agua con esa vista!! La mejor experiencia poder tomar este crucero si vas a Vietnam. Tienen muchas actividades, la mejor fue usar el kayak en medio de las montañas. lo unico la ida a las cuevas, deberian de organizar mejor los horarios estaba atascado, peor que las filas de Disney en verano. La comida que te ofrecen muy buena, y las actividades padrisimas.

ハロン湾を満喫！
ハロン湾を堪能できました。スタッフがよく面倒を見てくれ、暇を持て余すことは全くありませんでした。また食事は、３組だけでしたのできちんとサーブしてくれたのでしょうが、コース料理で大変おいしく驚きました。 ただ、シャワーは温水が出ず、ドライヤーも準備されていなかったのはちょっと残念。 しかし、総合的には満足できるクルーズでした。（バーヤ　No.5）
