Excellent hotel close to botanical gardens

Pros: bathroom with a glass wall so we could see into the bedroom.
Cons: More toiletries as we needed to keep asking for body wash and lotions
Location: Close to shops and excellent restaurants. Also close to botanical garden which was delightful
Beautiful hotel with a natural light filled sauna. Close to botanical gardens which was a delight.

Business style hotel

Great hotel with excellent transport links to the Reeperbahn and Hamburg city. The building work at the side of the hotel was noisy and started early 07.45 on Monday morning without warning which was quite annoying. As we were a party of 4 adults including 2 elderly guests who were travelling for leisure rather than business and had booked a 3 night stay a room not directly overlooking the building site would have been appreciated. On complaining we were given a complimentary breakfast on our last morning.

Nice hotel near city center the staff is good

As said hotel is really good and near by the city center and tran station just next door staff is top and nice will stay next time at Redisson Blu Hamburg

Lovely view

Pros: Th view from my room was lovely.
Cons: It was a little noisy because of train station. No elevator at entrance very difficult to navigate if you require handicap accessibility.
Location: Beautiful park right next door to walk and explore.
Very walkable, handy to the city centre. Staff was very nice and accommodating (cast on broken wrist) to help.

Construction noise in the space adjoining the hotel began every morning at 7 a.m.! It was unbearable. Requested to be moved to another room & the noise was somewhat less, but not much. Upon checkout a "trainee" INSISTED that I pay the entire bill, even though it had ALREADY been paid through Expedia. She was quite rude & arrogant about the situation. It was obvious that she was CLUELESS & within an hour I was called down to the front desk to adjust a portion of the bill. I knew I could settle it with Expedia, so I was not worried, &, eventually, it was sorted out. What bothered me most was her attitude...never ONCE was an apology offered! Do not understand why a "trainee" is left unsupervised in this type of situation.

Excellent hotel with very nice rooms and location

Pros: Location Breakfast The room and the bathroom
Cons: The frig in the room if can be used for free
Location: Excellent location The station 1 minute walk
Only two criticism 1- The frig in the room can't be used because you need to give your credit card and they take money when used .So we couldn't put stuff inside it . 2- The cleaner last day was standing in front our door makes us rush and my son forgot to take his shaving machine charger . Other wise the rest was excellent with fantastic breakfast and the best location .near the station 1 minute walk . The staff was friendly and useful specially man called Edger was very nice

Definitely a WOW Moment

Pros: Clean Warm staff Spacious Great Views
Cons: My king bed was two beds pushed together. Not a big deal for me since I was alone but if I was cuddling my partner we might have fallen in the crack.
Location: Less than a five minute walk to Hofbräu Hamburg. They have excellent German food and beer
I'm relatively new at staying at Radisson Blu and this is my third Radisson Blu property to stay at (the other two being in London). This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff was warm and inviting. I was stuck in Hamburg after missing a connecting flight so I was in a bit of a bad mood but the staff was so kind and offered me local suggestions to relax and grab some famous German beer. Getting to the hotel is currently a bit confusing due to local construction but that isn't their fault. My room was spacious and meticulously clean. It offered great views of the city and my bed was so comfortable! I had a great nights sleep! I would definitely recommend.

poor customer service

Pros: location
Cons: A lot of things need improving -staff attitude, customer services.
Location: good location, nice park nearby. Unfortunately a big construction site next door too.
They never gave us the 20% discount in food and beverages as perVIP+ expedia amenities. They also made a big fuss about extending the check out time also included an expedia amenities . We wanted to go to the roof top bar but we were not informed on Friday that it was reserved for private party on saturday and sunday. We could have gone on Friday . The attitude of the reception staff was appalling and not at all helpful. There was only one computer in the business centre and it wasn't working.
