Not a bad place to stay

Pros: It was economical.
Cons: Well maybe they could get the lift to work, w were on the top floor!
Location: Sole purpose of visit was to see the miniature railway in Wonderland. Fantastic! Should not be missed.i
Initially worried that it was a 'hostel' and on the Reeperban (sorry about the spelling.) Red light district and all that, but in fact it was quite pleasant. We had a double room with a private bath and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.. The room was spotless and the hot water in the shower endless. There was a private car park behind the hotel which was very convenient. Staff were remarkably helpful.

Pros: The desk clerk was friendly and the beer was cold. Cheap enough, I didn't mind leaving and going some where else
Cons: everything
Location: Party central at the Reeperbahn. But everything was close by with the train service.
Tucked in a back alley, No air conditioning in the building at all. Less then ideal room conditions, No assigned bed's or baggage lock ups. Unpleasant and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

Pros: Very close to S bahn train station
Cons: Fans
Location: train station close and only a few stops to hamburg cbd
Good location for Reeperbahn. Had a room at front so was very hot (no fan or air conditioning) and very noisy. Noise from Reeperbahn echoing into the room especially since had to leave windows open all night.

Pros: Single room facilities are pretty good.
Cons: wi-fi in single rooms and cleaner facilities
Location: Location is not for families that's for sure. The hostel is located in haunt of vice - brothels, casinos, sex shops, night clubs, etc.
The hostel is not bad, but two things I didn't like - absence of wi-fi in my room and a bit dirty district where it is located, but for those who know what Reeperbahn st. is this hostel/hotel can be an ideal place. Tastes differ :)

Pros: the location
Cons: the cleanness, too much odor in the corridors. the employees capacity to multi task- its not ethical to advice people that you dont have their booking
Location: a lot of night life entertainment at Reepernbahn street. as said probably good location for male students and not females travelling alone.
the pictures on the internet is not what is on offer. made a booking online after observing the pictures online. very buzy hostel. fare or good it will be to student . at arrivl my reservation couldnt be found. i was informed that they do not even have rooms available. took over 20 minutes to finally find my reservation. i was asked to pay in cash. normally when i book with expedia the payment is taken online. i havent been asked to make payment with cash at reception
