First off the hotel staff is overall rude . They do not look to accommodate their customers and instead only want to sell them and more expensive rooms ! to make matters worse the elevators are not in good condition they require a key card to go to your floor the key card device on all three elevators is half broken . The rooms are clean however the beds are not comfortable . in a city like hamburger with so many hotels to choose from I would not recommend this one there are far better hotels with even better price point . Spoken from someone who truly knows hotels in Hamburg and has stayed at more than 50 different hotels in the city !

first of all, we would like to thank you for having chosen us for your stay in Hamburg. Of course, we regret to read that you, however, were not able to enjoy your trip. The feedback concerning the eleveators was now forwarded to the Maintenance Department, so they can have a look at the card devices. In order to improve the overal guest experience with our staff we will focus on communication skills during our daily training sessions.
