Lovely hotels with wonderful rooms and all the basic amenities. Would recommend staying as long as you like exercise because the key cards demagnetize if you look at them wrong — they must be praised and cajoled and need never be near anything that lets off the slightest electronic signal or you’ll be back downstairs to rekey the card yet again — 3 night stay and I think I had to do it about 8 times this trip. Staff is wonderful and lovely and the sushi is divine

This hotel was a lovely option near the river. There are loads of dining and drinking options nearby. The room was lovely and the view, amazing! We didn't opt for breakfast but the sushi made to order was outstanding!!! The roof top bar on level 20 is wonderful for an evening cocktail and hotel guests are given a priority are.

Upgraded to a premium room with king size bed……what we got was 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single duvets! On the 19th floor with great views…until the nightclub on the 20th floor kicks In until 1am every night. Prices on drinks lists were different to the bill, so check all your receipts before you pay! Espresso martinis advertised at €11 and charged at €12. Restaurants closed on Saturday and Sunday nights to residents. Stay at a lot of hotels and this was not one of the worst but wouldn’t stay here again.

Incredible hotel. Love the location and views. Was it worth 470. Per night? Not really. No complimentary anything with that at all and it was my birthday. Oh well. Still a lovely hotel.

Construction was going on above our room for two hours after we arrived, exceptionally loud. The room was exceedingly hot and the air conditioner also was quite noisy. Staff provided us with a room fan during the night. The view was amazing, but we had to keep the curtains closed in the morning due to the sun shining into the hot room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and we also enjoyed our dinner in the hotel .

It was an excellent stay. We did a trip with several hotel stays and this one was definitely the highlight of the week. We got a room on the 12th floor with water views and it was so nice to look at the river.

Nice Hotel at a great location. Harbour views and netxt to St. Pauli. Also the Subway is 10 min away. Nice sky bar on 20th floor

definitely not a 4 star hotel, NO air conditioning, at least none that worked (we switched rooms)! I paid extra in order to have a/c in the 30 deg C weather and ended up sweating and uncomfortable. Also, no in room water heater. very friendly and helpful front desk staff though.

I liked the location close to transportation and Riverside choices. Given its neighborhood, there is a lot of action on the streets. It has two bars, which are real draws for the area.

The reception staff were not very helpful at all. However the bar staff were wonderful. Also, with a hotel this size I would have thought that room service would have been standard. With international travelers arriving from all over the world at different times, there is nowhere for them to eat past 22:00 pm. I had to walk the streets of Hamburg to find food when I arrived at 22:45. Not good!

was OK no hotel info documentation, it was on the TV but did not work, called front desk to get an iron and ironing board 4 times with no answer and had to go down to the desk 2 times to get one. told the front desk about the TV info not working but was completely not interested

This is the most frustrating high-end hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is lazy, treated us like we were unwelcomed and asked to see our hotel keys before letting us in the front door. Kicked us out of the hotel garage because it a public garage and they don’t reserve room for their guests. If you want room service don’t think about ordering it until they let you, at NOON! the rooms are a minimalistic design meaning there was no chair, all walks are white and blank. If you get a RIVERSIDE room - it faces the CITY! The spa was quite disappointing. Only a cold pool in a room full of lounge chairs. Good side: food and bathrooms are excellent. Even so, the staff seems to ruin your evening at every turn. Very disappointed, especially because I booked multiple rooms and was treated like a nuisance!

The hotel was very nice. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful with advise on getting around the city. It was a short walk to the Landesbruken U and S Bahn station. Shorter walk to the Reeperbahn U station, but had to endure the "adult" shops on the way. Christmas markets in Hamburg were excellent.
