An excellent, clean and comfortable hotel.
A good hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the real star element of this hotel is its restaurant and restaurant staff - most excellent with a good selection of different food and drinks to suit any taste and requirement.

The Wellness Center, with a cooling indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym was a wonderful feature to enjoy through Germany's record breaking heat wave.

WiFi access disappointment
The hotel was fine; however, the WiFi never worked unless I was actually sitting in the lobby near the receptionist. Extremely annoying and was not satisfied with that.

If this location is convenient for you, then this hotel is a great choice. Comfortable rooms, clean, a nice bar and an excellent restaurant. All in all a great place to stay

Hotel Egger - comfortable room, great restaurant
The rooms - are comfortable, quiet and clean and offer a good night's rest. This is obviously one of the most important parts of hotel and this hotel does well. The restaurant / bar - is excellent. The restaurant and bar offer the same excellent food and these areas are run by good, attentive, friendly and professional staff - the food and ambience is excellent. Food is nicely presented and there is a nice range of drinks. Personally, I would recommend that you eat in the bar as, to me, it has a much nicer ambience. The restaurant is a little bit more formal. Breakfast - has a nice range of food on offer and is nicely presented in a breakfast room. Surrounding area, alternative restaurants and bars - there are a few restaurants in the area and they offer nice alternative eating opportunities but I would be surprised if they are better than that hotel's own restaurants. Apart from these, there is not much in the area. I myself chose the area mainly for the convenience to the place where I was working.

Good practical hotel
This hotel should have been excellent however it is a little cold and clinical. Some of this has to do with the reception staff who although highly efficient are not terribly warm and friendly. Partly is has to do with the fact that there are corridors in the ground floor area which mean you don't get a sense of the whole hotel or any kind of atmosphere.

Lovely Hotel in Leafy Suburb
I was staying on business and couldn't find a reasonably priced hotel in the centre due to major events. Tried a little further afield and found this excellent, modern hotel in an affluent suburb. The staff were friendly and welcoming and although my single room was small, it was very comfortable.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Wir hatten nicht weit zum Flughafen und auch zu meinem Bruder. In die Hamburger-Innenstadt hatten wir ebenso keine lange Fahrzeit. Es war echt TOLL!!!!

Schönes Hotel aber bzgl. Wellness Anpassungsbedarf
Schönes, sauberes Hotel. sogar die Sauna hatte wieder offen, aber die Saunagäste waren sich einig, dass 1h Zeitslots von keinem Saunagänger geplant wurden, denn dass ist einfach nur Streß! Auch wurde die Sauna abends sehr frühzeitig heruntergefahren..

Sehr geehrter Michael, wir bedanken uns für Ihr Feedback. Für uns stand im Focus allen Gästen zumindest ein Angebot unterbreiten zu können, sonst hätten wir eine ungleiche Behandlung von Gästen gehabt. Wir verstehen natürlich, dass die Zeit für Saunagänger*innen nicht ausreichend ist. Mittlerweile ist unser Hotel 2-G Modell und die Personenzahlbeschränkungen und Abstandsregeln sind dadurch vorerst aufgehoben. Der Wellnessbereich ist aktuell für alle Gäste wieder frei zugänglich. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Fint hotel til pengene. Rent og pænt. Ganske venligt personale. Jeg ved ikke om det er på grund af coronarestriktioner i Tyskland, men man havde lavet, så morgenmadsbuffeten var betjent, dvs. der stod én og lagde det, du bad om, på en tallerken. Det fungerede ikke supergodt og udvalget var meget standard, intet ud over det sædvanlige. Gratis parkering på stedet, hvilket er et kæmpe plus.
