Finally a Great hotel at A Good price

quiet and clean hotel

very friendly reception and quick registration upon arrival quiet and pleasant room with clean atmosphere close to all amenities would stay at this hotel all the time

Good hotel to stay overnight on your way to south.

Cons: Have not seen hotel sign on highway.

Excellent one night stay

Pros: The room we stayed in was clean. The free breakfast was acceptable.
Cons: Because of the number of people there for breakfast, they could have done better to keep things stocked up.
Location: Plenty of places to eat nearby.
We stayed there for one night on our way back home. The price was good and the facilities very nice. It was also close to the freeway. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Good hotel, close to New Era Field

Pros: The price point. Proximity to 90 Thruway
Cons: The shower head in our room needs to be fixed.
Location: Close to New Era Field.
We only stayed one night and it provided what we needed for the one night stay. Cannot rate the facilities because we did not use the gym or the pool or other facilities. The breakfast was not that appealing to us so we decided to opt out. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

A bit disappointed

Pros: staff was pleasant
Cons: Needs dome upgrading for the price.
Location: the location however was convenient for my purpose.
There were kids running all over the place from in and out of the swimming pool. This went on until 10 PM or later. Finally a staff person spoke to the kids. Too bad their parents didn't do their jobs as parents. The carpet was a bit dated and worn. And the A/C needed cleaned. The noise made it not very enjoyable.

the staff was very nice and extremely accommodating, the shower - water collected in the tub and it felt like there was a false bottom very odd. Breakfast was okay - no bagels. Coffee was good though.

Cheap for a reason

The staff members allowed their family in while working. The kids ran wild and no one did anything about it. The pool was far to small. Room was ok. The front desk gentlemen were nice.

Unsanitary, lack of staff, extremely dated facility, to the building has not seen a capital improvement nor the staff any training in an extremely long time.
