Nice hotel close the to Christmas Markets. Room spacious and clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous weekend break

Pros: Central location
Cons: We had no complaints at all
Had a brilliant time. Hotel so close to centre of town, train station, Christmas markets (there's a small one right outside. Everything so festive.

Faded glory

Great service, and good breakfast. Age is showing and it is not a very modern hotel. Parking is tight but available.

Oh dear.There are better than this in Hamburg

We choose 5 star hotels for a better experience. We did not get it here. Wifi extremely poor. Air conditioning useless. Bar service abysmal.

No internet in the room !!

Althogh as a gold Expedia member they give the high speed internet for free but it's like a dial up connection ...... nothing fixed after many calls...... we got the largest suite but it wasn't a five star suite
