I was a little disappointed, there was only one towel and the hot water ran out. The staff where really good with the late check in and the room was clean and nice.

Nice and convenient but needs better management
The room was good and convenient. Had a delay checking in as I had booked and paid for two rooms but they had only reserved one. There was a group booking for a work function. They were drinking and had music going. Started at 2 pm in the car park and was so noisy by 9pm we went out. People driving into the car park had to stop and wait for people to move. Management obviously don't care about Health and Safety or guests who want a quiet weekend away but if you want a cheap venue for your work party this place seems to be willing

Far too expensive for a very average room for four people. A short walk to the rugby ground, but otherwise there's nothing to recommend it

Comfortable and convenient.
Comfortable unit but maintenance could improve. Bath plug leaked so had to continually top up bath. Shower head needs cleaning (calcified). Wall light not working in lounge. Ranch slider lock difficult to open and can’t open back door from rear car park from outside. Little things but they impacted on the overall feeling for the Hotel. (Unit 43).

Convenient location but that's about it
Booked here last minute and price was good. Staff friendly, good location close in to the city. Room was extremely dated, paint chipping off, curtains (which were mouldy in parts) hard to close, only a small heater which had to be left on constantly to keep the room warm. Furniture was old and scuffed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom tiles were mouldy as were the non slip bath mats. (This was an accessible unit). Had an issue with cockroaches making their way in from the garden. Did not feel comfortable preparing or eating food in this unit. Kitchen sink was in the bathroom which was rather odd. Would I stay here again? NO.

Great for a night after an event in Auckland
Stayed here as we couldn't get accomodation in Auckland for the Adele concert. Actually we would do that again as a preference as it gave us a head start back to Wellington the next morning. Room and bed were lovely and comfortable.

arrived late at night only to be told that expedia over booked and that no room available at this motel, so I can't advise if the motel is acceptable. Service from the staff was great as they found me a bed in another motel 500m down the road.

Xmas holiday
The owners were wonderful, they offered extra use of their facilities to us, the pool was lovely and clean, the units were a good size, and kitchenettes were suitable for our needs. Because of this we had an awesome stress free Christmas Day and holiday. Thank you

We only had one worry. We stayed in a disabled unit with a wet area bathroom. The shower curtain is so short water goes everywhere and when the tile floor is wet it's like a skating rink. Not suitable for disabled or able bodied people. 2 near falls.

It was rather disappointing to come back from the All Blacks game and the bar/restaurant was closed at what 9:30pm - really. You would think they would have stayed open as they would have made some money as people were looking for somewhere to get a drink. I went down to Pak N Save to buy a bottle of wine but as it was 10:02 pm they were unable to sell it to me and i was told i cannot buy alcohol after 10pm in Hamilton, wow. Guess we were not supposed to have a drink after all. We had some bar snacks in the bar before leaving for the game, the food was very average, another disappointment.

Motel was great, good location and excellent price for the facility. The only negative comment I have is that it had a lingering smell of animal, sort of doggy and cat urine like there had been an animal in there. Other than that it was clean and the bed comfortable :)

Great hotel close to city centre.
I love my stay at Aaron Court. The customer service was outstanding. The room was so modern, clean and cosy. The facilities were great. It was the best place I have every stayed, they really look after you.

There are two tiers of rooms
When I booked I looked at their website as well and from what was presented it looked great. Problem was I was put in a room separate to the main part of the hotel( I suppose because it was a wot if cheap deal) and it was below par. The room smelt like it had been locked up and the bed was very flat and uncomfortable. The rest of the Hotel looks very comfortable

First room we booked was nothing like the pics so went and paid extra for better room. Was bottom floor and room above us was occupied could here them clearly walking round and tv like in same room shower was discustingly dirty and only half worked

Everything was great except the bed, it is/was well used! If I had wanted to sleep on a trampoline I would have gone to a trampoline park! There are 3 things people want in a room, 1/ A GOOD BED, as thats the prime reason for staying in a hotel/motel to sleep, this wasnt 2/ Clean & secure. It met both of these very well! 3/ Amenities, TV, kitchen It met these very well!

Pleasant staff. Great facilities - pool, bar, restaurant, spa pool. Plenty parking available Double bonus that we had an entertainment book voucher for dinner! Floor in bathroom bit slippery but had no slip mats available.

Great location everthing is near by eg. Zoo, Gardens, supermarket & hospital which my Son ended up in. Staff were very helpful nothing we asked for was too much trouble. We loved the spa bath in our room. Would definitely stay her when we visit Hamilton again.

Motel itself was fine the staff where excellent on arrival however was dissapointed in the rooms. They did not look like they did online i guess we got the budget accomdation. The shower pressure was extremely slack!!!! we had children with us and the barrier outside was very unsafe.

We stayed here as a place to stay outside of Auckland for the ACDC concert. Room served its purpose, only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Hardly a major though!! Will definitely stay again if looking for a cheap place to stay after or during an event

Hotel is getting tired.
Stayed the night at the Aaron court. The rooms are in desperate need of a revamp. The shower, although a high end model was pretty much held together by a few screws and lacked any extra functionality. The pool and spa pool was clean and useable and afforded a pleasant environment. The staff were friendly and courteous. The charges were reasonable at $120 per night, the bottle of corona from the bar was overpriced at $9.00. The worst part was the loud raucous behaviour and arguing from other guests which was left to go unchecked for around 2 hours from 0300 in the morning resulting in a very disturbed sleep

The unit we stayed in lack some essential facilities for cooking. It only had a micro wave. The shower units was very small and the water pressure wasn't good. For entertainment they had a TV about as big as match box tucked away high in the corner. This needs to be updated. I am not going back to this place

Arrived after midnight and room was left ready for us- lights on,key inside. Made us feel welcome. Unit very well equipped and clean. Disappointed with lack of sound proofing between our unit and upstairs unit directly above us. Feedback to reception staff received well, apologetic and offered compensation. Encouraged us to next time contact reception what ever the hour.

The room was big enough, with a good sized bed. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The sink looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time and the shower tiles had mould growing in the corners ( even on the shiny tiles ) The non slip mat in the shower was replaced in the morning with a mat that was not even close to clean ( I cleaned it myself with some toilet paper to prove that it was not discolouration ) The cups and cutlery were pretty shocking too, to the point we avoided even having a cup of tea. The photos online made it look like a fantastic place to stay, but it was far from the reality we discovered.

Very convenient located
Reception staff very welcoming. Only dislike was the wet shower which we dislike wherever we strike one. Water seems to flow everywhere till you are walking through it to reach the loo.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. While it was a little run down it suited our needs and we would definitely stay there again. We were only there for a night so didn't really experience the facilities on offer but they looked good from what we saw.

Poor condition hotel with broken fixtures
Hotel staff on check out very rude and had little interest in my unhappiness about the state of the room. Bathroom sink tap and shower doors broken, tv didn't work, fridge about 1ft Sq, not functional.

They had some nice modern rooms but because we wanted a room for 3 we got an old outdated one. The guest upstairs spent hours walking about above us and we could hear every step. The parking area was tight and we were lucky to get in and out
