Cons: The towels seemed a little old and not very soft.
It was a nice getaway. Front Desk staff was very warm and inviting and efficient. Room was a little plain but comfortable.

Not new but clean and friendly. Even the pool and hot tub are well maintained!

Elevator To Nowhere

Pros: Good A/C. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Instructions on how the get the TV working.
Location: We choose it as it was a short cab ride to the German Canadian Club.
After a long trip down various hallways to an elevator with my oxygen, there were 3 exits on our floor. One to a stairwell, one to conference Rooms 1-5 and one to a room number sequence that did not include ours. We had no clue as to where our room might be. Back to the desk went my wife while I stayed with our luggage and oxygen tank.& she got another room on the ground floor facing the entrance, roadway & parking lot. Very quiet!!! We paid for a room with 2 double beds, a fridge and a microwave oven. There was no microwave.

Room not bad but general hotel older and a bit tired. Staff very helpful. Didn't eat but buffet looked pretty ordinary and uninteresting.

Pros: Comfort and well located.
Cons: Should specify "Continental Breakfast" in advertising free breakfast since offering is minimal.
The hotel was fine, staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable but bathrom needs a bit of an upgrade.

Toilet was broken, four attempts by a very nice young man to fix it failed. A very proactive Reception person named Phil upgraded our breakfast vouchers without us having to ask, which was nice, but we were on a girls catchup night and the constant interruptions and running toilet was frustrating. Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival, not pleasant.

First time ever to get a full peaceful night sleep at a hotel. The room was clean, the linen fresh, the mattress so comfortable. Beautiful room

Pros: What I did like was the stuff in the dinning room for breakfast. Great smiles, friendly and filled your coffee before you know it needed to be fill.
Cons: Voice levels at front desk. Maybe if there is a problem, then speak at a normal tone so no one else can hear your personal business.
Well for starters When I came in to check in the lobby had some people sitting around and walking through. So my card declined, so the lady at the desk made sure to say in a very loud clear voice that my card declined, we can try it again but I'm sure it will say the same thing. I was mortified. I payed cash, and turned and walked around without looking at people behind me. And the look on my daughters face. So when the 3 of us got to our room, it was a handicap room, so the bathroom counter was very small. It was really hard for the 3 of us to get ready for a wedding. Also, My brother, and my 2 sisters and my cousin all got rooms. But yet My room and we all got the same room was 60 dollars more. Please explain that. Ya I know you will not read this and I will never hear back from you. When I stayed back in May, It was a great stay and a good room. This time around was not so good. Not sure if I will come back.
