Staff are friendly, helpful and just wonderful, so were the housekeepers. The rooms are clean and neat. The first room had a smell, likely someone smoked before our stay, the staff switched us with no fuss at 2 in the morning. Parking is a challenge at night. Plenty of fast foods and shops around. Finer dinning may need to drive further. We would stay there in the future without any hesitation.

My son and I had an excellent day at this property. The staff upgraded our room for us as there was an event happening in the hotel the night we were there. Our room was amazing. We could not have been more happy with the service that we received

We have stayed at this hotel many times…but not recently. I noticed this time the linens are very dated. The bed sheets were “old” looking. Yellowed. Towels were great. Bathrobes old…dated. I could not find an extra blanket in our room. That would have been a convenience. I would have called down to front desk but it was 2:30 am and I believe the fella was working alone…Pillows were comfy…but again old. We would stay there again. Side note…. I was charge their regular price of $3 for a tea….I requested only hot water. They did not have a tea brand I could drink (allergies)…I travel with my own tea bags and don’t mind paying for water…but $3 was extravagant. Especially at a counter….(not being served at a table…and in a paper cup. I would suggest…put an extra blanket in the room..and maybe update the linens.

Great room, ghetto neighbors.
Excellent customer service. Bathroom tiles need a good bleach scrub but room was tidy and neat . Neighbors were noisy but front desk fixed that as soon as we mentioned it.
