When we started staying here 5 years ago it was after a refresh. There has been nothing updated. The maids have Raid roach spray on their carts. I wish I could post a picture of our door. You could see daylight all the way around. When unlocked, the door didnt want to open.so we never knew if it was actually unlocked. It didnt feel safe or secure. Bathroom sink had no stopper and was very very slow to drain. Bathroom door was in two pieces at the top, everytime you opened it, it sounded like it was tearing in two. We coudnt use the AC. Mold growing on the vents. Key cards need to be refreshed every 24 hours. Dirty sheets were turned inside out there was a bed bug bag on the bed!

The door frame where the dead bolt was wouldn't close. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs. My husband was bit by something on his ankles and I found a small brown bug on the sheet. The heater was so loud we couldn't use it.

We were passing through on our way up north. We have stayed at this hotel several times a year for the past 6 years. Its clean, quiet and feels safe. It suits our needs for traveling with dogs.

The only part was it was hard to get in door at times. It would stick and I had to put my shoulder into it. And the other thing I had to report to office everyday my card was not working in door. Until the last person stated they didn’t put in all my days I was staying so I could go and come as I please. My card had to be changed everyday.

Our room was very gross. Upon arrival floors were sticky. Lots of bugs flying around. Bathroom was covered in someone else’s hair. Towels and sheets all had stains on them…We requested new ones which still were full of stains.

This property used to be decent in the past. It has gone significantly down hill. The first room we went too, the whole entire door mechanism was falling off. They kindly let us change rooms. The second room we went too, the door frame was pulled away from the door and looked like it had been pried open. It was late at that point and we didn’t want to switch rooms. We just propped the door closed with a chair. The floors were very dirty and the bedspreads needed washed. I know this is a small town and not a lot of people come in town but it could have been cleaned better. At least more than once a week, they could do a better , deeper clean. The towels are in a holder and folded into the holder. That holder had at least two inches of dust in it. Like i said we get it , it is a small town, but needs work.

As usual Mr Mark was right on point.... Hot fresh coffee, recommending the Italian restaurant Amore's... Eggplant parm with a side of sweet Italian sausage and garlic rolls... Housekeeping did a excellent job

Very comfortable beds, rooms are older but completely functional, wish the bathroom would've had an exhaust fan, it gets humid when showering. Front desk clerk was super friendly and nice and SO ACCOMODATING! Our window was all permanently fogged over inside the dual pane but it was okay it gave it privacy. Our AC/Heat unit didn't work and it was cold so they offered to get a portable heater from Walmart for us but they were sold out so they completely swapped out the unit with a working unit from another room! Good experience overall would stay again!
