This hotel was great for our dance comp! Only 2 downfalls: the pool was freezing cold and the beds were way too soft. Besides those, the breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and the facility was clean. The staff were all very friendly, even at 6 am for breakfast!

The furniture in the room had animal damage. The sofa was shredded on both sides. The look of the rooms was also very dated. The smell in the hallway was horrible.

Be kind to your customers !!
The stay was ok . I was disappointed when I asked for a room by the elevator as my husband had just had a hi replacement .They put us as far away as they could have , the last room left at the end of the hall. There were tons of rooms available !!!!

Pleasant check-in, and friendly service. Needed to change rooms because originally-booked room had lots of pet hair on sheets (realized afterward it’s a pet-friendly hotel). Excellent continental breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausages, cereals, toast, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal and so on.

This hotel is beautiful. My one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. This hotel was easy to get to from the QEW. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from.

Overall the property was good however, the only issue would be the temperature of the hot water in the shower. The water was just warm. This caused our shower to be less enjoyable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent selection of breakfast foods.

Booked this place for a four night stay and went away the most dissatisfied I have ever been when staying at any hotel. Staff are courteous and friendly which is the only bonus of our trip. Issues from damp heavily scented rooms, clogged drains, lacrosse balls being tossed against the side of the building, basketball ball being played late at night literally 8 feet from our window, extremely outdated room unless you still have need for an Ethernet cable to room doors opened and being closed while resting. I have never had to visit the front desk as many times as I did here. Breakfast was average and filled a void.
