It was located close to the airport and getting around was easy. The staff were very polite especially at the dining area. My only issue was that only one bar and one dining area was open because of construction happening.

I need to start with the property was under renovation. And cannot be blamed for some of the noise and the inconvenience because of this. However, even if the pool area it was no one there to help with Paul or get up umbrellas and no one came down to take drink orders. The current cafeteria/restaurant really is a big enclosed room with absolutely no warmth. The food was good but as everywhere on Bermuda expensive. I think once the renovations are done, and the place is fully staffed you’ll have a great time there

This is my third time to Grotto Bay and I still love it. There’s room to roam, so many attractions nearby, great rooms and service all with a gorgeous view on your veranda. Food is good at restaurant but The Swizzle Inn is a 5 minute walk with a great menu. I highly recommend Grotto Bay. The staff is amazing!

My room had large particles of soot & debris coming out of the HVAC vent onto the countertop. I notified housekeeping and was told they came to clean it out, but it did not make much difference. Throughout my stay, I continued to wipe the counter down 2 to 3 trimes a say.

Staff was awesome and accommodating. Loved the location as it was convenient to public transportation routes. Only reason did not give 5 stars was because only 1 restaurant and bar were open during our stay due to renovation so had limited choices. Once renovation is complete I would rate 5 stars. I would stay here again.

It was raining so we were not able to take advantage of all of the amenities but we enjoyed the ones we did do. Liked the location however they were doing construction so it was quite loud and the bathroom in the restaurant/ lobby/ bar area was closed so we had to go outside up a hill and upstairs which was not ideal just the cold rain.

Special place with the caves and the view!
The location is amazing close to the airport. The caves were magical. To be able to have a massage in the cave was a once in a lifetime expierence. The rooms look dated. The hotel service staff member were gard to find around the pool. The hot tub wasn't really hot. The gym machine thatbis closed to the stairs Tony Little machine should be thrown away I literally almost broke my back. They need a rowing machine

Do not book this on Expedia - it does not include all inclusive, we made that mistake and had to find out at a check in. Overall resort is very outdated, only one restaurant was open on the property. Gym not clean and not big, pool even though advertised as heated was not heated. No smart TVs in the rooms, and we also had issues with bathroom drainage. Customer service was not horrible, however was definitely no where near good. For example, called for room service and was told we would get a call back, however did not after 30 minutes and had to call again. No complementary water bottles even offered, most things had an extra charge associated with them. Would not recommended staying here even if you can get a good deal, stay somewhere else!

Property was under construction so good options we met not good at all. New dining room is lame. There is nothing in the area either. One other restaurant. Everything is an expensive taxi away. Grotto and spa were great

This was our first visit to Bermuda. The property was beautiful and decorated so nice for Christmas. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely visit here again.

I’ve stayed at Grotto Bay many times in the past. My recent stay wasn’t great. I found the property dated and very noisy. You can hear conversations from other rooms when you are in your room. The dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were nicely finished and kept clean daily by the staff. My only disappointment was the distance between the room and the main building and the fact that path was quite steep and not well lit.
