All of the people at Rosewood Bermuda were lovely. They did their best to make the stay a positive experience. I wish we knew before we booked that most of the amenities we would use were not available. The pools were too cold. They stated they were heated but as evidenced by very few people in the water, it was too cold for most everyone. Since it was a holiday week you would have thought things would have been open by the ocean. They had no employees at the ocean to help in any way, no food open and no pool area open. It was warm enough so while we were there there were about 10-20 other guests. Each of us had to locate lounge chairs and carry them down to the beach. This is a beautiful property and probably should think about making more things open during this holiday week or they should tell you what is closed and not available to use before you book.

This was the most stunning hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional, the food, room, spa, beach, and staff. We LOVED Winton!! We cant wait to come back. Although, we are still waiting on Winton to give us the recipe for the goat cheese fudge...
