Easy access

Broken stuff, very bare bones. Ok for a night, but not well maintained. New bed style very comfortable.

Wouldn’t stay at again

The room was nasty had a dirty sock left in the room, cabinets haven’t been cleaned, floors were nasty, curtains had stains on them! Good enough for overnight stay but wouldn’t come back!

The room was stale. The bathroom was dirty. The overall condition of the room was poor.

Bad, even dangerous, maintenance and dirty.

The room had serious general maintenance problems: mold in shower, shower wand missing, towel rack about to fall off wall, scrape marks on wall, fire alarm disconnected, and ill-fitting electrical outlets. The room was not clean with nasty stained pillows and bedspread and a dirty floor. The kitchen area had visible fingerprints on the cupboards and was missing the basics, such as forks and cups. The staff was friendly but not well trained and didn't seem to have the proper cleaning supplies. For example, when asked to clean the floor, it was just mopped with water from the sink-- no cleaner. I would definitely not stay at a this motel again!

Hotel Say

Pros: Convenience to daughter's home and PRICE.
Cons: If you are not staying for 2 or 3 weeks, ask if you need clean towels daily and make up bed daily. We stayed 2 days and the trash was never emptied.
Location: Close to everhting.
Didn't realize this was an extended stay hotel when booking, but the guest were respectful which made the stay comfortable.

Disgusting.

Will not recommend to anyone!! Itinerary was left on the toilet, we had to go out to the store to purchase our own cleaning supplies. Many people hung outside smoking cigarettes, etc!! Save your time & money.

Good motel near Hamilton place mall

Very nice experience for the cost. The staff is a family of three an older hindi couple in their 60s and their daughter in her 30s so the rooms won't be clean all the time. I went in and my room was filthy so I went back to the lobby and told them it was dirty and they happily cleaned it. The best is the kitchenette which is a little stove to cook on so you can save money eating out. However the shower cuts on automatically but only last a second. I would recommend this someone on a small budget but keep in mine you get what you pay for. And kindly let the staff know if your room is dirty.

My horrible experience

I stayed there 11 days as I had pre-paid for them. I only had room service one day, and had to go down to the office to get clean towels and take out my own garbage and clean the room and make the bed myself. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant and condescending, they gave me a replacement alarm clock that was not in the box and obviously they had bought at a pawnshop or something else and it did not work at all. On top of that, the place was rife with prostitutes that would have the doors cracked and curtains open at one point and then the door closed and the curtains closed once a John was in there. Thought it looked like it was in a nice area of town, but obviously a bad seed.

Convient to everything that we needed. Clean and nice staff. We did check out early due to out electricity coming back on at our house in Florida after the hurricane Irma.
