“Clean room, near shopping centers.”

“Front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. Though the location was under construction, it didn't interfere with my stay there. I think with the recent change of ownership/name and the construction, there is some confusion about what amenities were available or not but it was still a good place to stay for me personally.”

“I booked the room for 4 people. Only received 2 towels. When we asked for more we were told we couldn’t get any as laundry was locked for the night. Turned the bathroom sink on and water poured everywhere. It wasn’t just a leak but the pipe wasn’t even attached. Went back to the front and Katie was NO help. No manager on site or maintenance and she refused to contact anyone. She had an attitude and made snotty comments. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and had no choice to go somewhere……

“The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.”
