They'll treat you like a Sultan

The abiding memory of the Sultan is its welcoming and helpful staff. They were absolutely wonderful. Particularly at a very difficult time for visitors and workers alike. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. I was 'inclusive'and there was a great selection of food and drink and several restaurants and a really great beach bar. And at night the Showbar has live entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to return one day. During the day there is a myriad of sporting activies on offer and special areas for children. It has its own spotless beach and pristine pool, the largest I've ever seen.

Overall stay was good. Staff were all friendly and happy to help... breakfast could do with more variety! Also asked for a iron and was told they dont actually have one which was quite surprising.

Hotel leads immediately to the beach. Staff are extraordinary friendly and would go out of their way to help. Food was very good. Excellent choice of food, desert and starters. Non-alcoholic beverages could be better.

Tired hotel in need of new lease of life..

Great location, lovely pool, great potential for a good holiday. Staff, we felt, showed favouritism, food was repetitive and sometimes sloppily presented and unappetising. Waiters could be rude or ignorant except for the guy who seves in the piano bar- top notch! Entertainment a bit naff.

Excellent hotel with private beach.

Pros: The lobby, the beach , the outdoor and indoor pool and the rooms with pool and the beach view.
Cons: Breakfast and the chef who was making eggs/omelette's in the morning.
Location: walking distance from Carthage Land and medina market. Joy's local supermarket is very local along with a 10-15 walk to Hammamet Marina.
Excellent hotel with private beach and good location. Massive outdoor pool and nice and warm indoor pool for days when it's a bit chilly if you go before June or July. Overall the staff is very good and friendly apart for few but nevertheless absolutely fantastic entertainment for kids(especially kids disco every evening). We just stayed at vinci taj sultan for one week with our two kids and we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to everyone. KK

Pros: We loved the location, and the view from the rooms.
Cons: Service, and basic knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures.
Location: Beaches, Spas, Amusement park, Old city of Hammamet, Good restaurants such as "Le Voilier" in the Yasmine Marina (excellent!), Souks, shopping.
Overall the hotel is in a very nice location. Lobby area, and rooms are very nice (even though traces of cigarettes on sink, and low quality furniture). BUT the service both at the check-in, and restaurant was very sub-standard.AND The food at the buffet (at breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was tasteless, plain with a very limited variety and ALSO, not replenished. If you did not get there at the first wave, they would run out of food, and not replace it.

The hotel service is really bad internet bad food very bad non professional staff restroom smell bad not enough power outlet

Fab hotel, staff were great, good selection on buffet breakfast :) Would definitely stay again, cannot wait!
