My husband and I stayed for a week. The room was not in the best shape. It smelled like sewage. Some staff were friendly like the girls in the spa but others were not. They never told us that they had a private beach area down the street, we found out on our last night which makes me upset. The food was ok. Not a great variety.

Really good food But the msitrey of the hotel is rude as the bartender not nice at all Each is kind of far away . Rooms as old s f noisy. Moskitos and bugs The food is excellent!!!!!!! Reception are nice people

Good hotel no parking
Hotel was good, comfortable and clean however there was no parking. Website said free parking, but it was on the road- very busy and chaotic. Not practical if you have a car

Great location everything on walking distance ,beach, Atm, Medina, restaurants.tours guides, the thing I didn’t like about the hotel/staff when ur having ur dinner around 8:30 while ur eating they start tidying things always etc plus they don’t allow you to take ur own drinks/water.

A breath of fresh air
We escaped the nearby hotel Diar Lemdina (a complete madhouse) to Flora Park, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The rooms are fairly basic but clean, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful after the horrible headache of our other Hammamet hotel stay. Service was excellent in the dining hall and reception. The hotel has a nice pool area (indoor and outdoor) and is a short walk from the beach and the medina if you want to visit. The restaurant buffet was the best hotel food we had on our Tunisian trip. Only con is there's no WiFi in the rooms, which is something they should update. But overall, a positive experience.

A great holiday. The only thing is the hard beds, both round the pool as well as the rooms. The hotel gets busy at the weekends and a little noisy. Lovely staff that always remember you. Clean rooms and public areas. Thanks Flora Park!

Decent hotel, lovely staff!
Definitely enjoyed our stay @ Vincci Flora Park. The staff really make the experience very enjoyable, the spa workers, security, the waiters/chefs, housekeeping/cleaners and receptionists. Variety of dishes were cooked regularly and well presented. The rooms are well kept and AC worked a dream. Went with one yr old baby and everyone was super welcoming/accomodating. 5min walk to beach, surrounded by many amenities and abundance of taxis. Overall pleased with our stay, would recommend. Idyllic and photogenic hotel. Thanks!

Nice hotel
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in March, good location and food is good. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable, only thing is that they are not sound proof. So you can next doors tele and noise from the hallway. I would go back but with ear plugs.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting
The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed. My wife and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and served throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We were there during winter, so we used the beautiful indoor pool. We had a room by the outdoor pool, which was lovely to look at. All in all we had an excellent time at this hotel.

Not as expected stay
This experience wasn't as good as the previous stay in Vincci Marillia , I had to carry a heavy room key instead of an electronic access card. I had to give a 20 TND (local currency) as a deposit for the TV remote. The food choice was very limited and service was below average. In the morning I had to wait for 20mn as the chef was not at the omelette and crepes station. No greetings were said to guests when coming in. Upon checking in, I was sent to my room and had to bump into some people to ask them about directions. The Spa was good but the guest relation was vey imposing and at times annoying , do not get the wrong message they are trying to sell. Employees are worried about their employment during the next fasting month ( few days away) and therefore this has impacted their performance and work quality. Apart from this the hotel location is a plus : close to many amenities like shopping malls, a wide variety of restaurants and the old medina where there is a range of entetrtaing spots that certainly would meet every one's taste. This was my first and last visit to this hotel.

Apparently a 4* hotel. It isn't.
The hotel was ok. Decent. That's as far as I would go. It is not a 4* star but more like a 3* hotel. The hotel was clean. Good location. However, there are lots of add ons too. You want a safe for your room? Add on. You want a remote for your tv? Add on. You want to use the gym? Add on. Table-tennis? Add on. My wife and I went half board. The food was disappointing. It was simplistic and there wasn't much variety. We purchased water from the hotel which was approx. £1 a bottle. But when you consider opposite the hotel - 10 steps away - you could buy a bottle for 20p it's ridiculous especially as you aren't allowed to bring anything into the hotel. (fortunately i sneaked some in out of principle). They also kept playing the same 10 track music album throughout the whole holiday. George Michael's No.1 smash hit Jesus to a Child is a soothing track...but not after 100th time. The receptionist also tried to hard sell trips.

ONE OF THE WORST HOLIDAYS I HAVE BEEN ON. NO BASIC FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT THIS HOTEL. VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF, DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST AND NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE. CONSTANTLY HASSLED FOR MONEY FOR SERVICES WE DIDN'T EVEN USE AT HOTEL. NO AIR-CONDITIONING AND GENERALLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE HAD ABROAD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE....COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!

Hotel was nice other then the shower rail landing on my head after first night, then bath started to leak, then the balcony door handle broke off but yeh other then that it was decent. Nice looking hotel good location from the beech..

Another great holiday at Flora Park
Returned from fortnight's holiday at Flora Park on 15/07/2012, being our our seventh stay at this hotel, but first under the Vincci name. As usual we found the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and efficiently run, and the food abundant with plenty of choice. The new adults only and no entertainment culture suited us very well. The only drawback we found was the new beach bar - where the staff seemed indifferent, and the new buildings overdone - it no longer has the welcoming atmosphere of previous years. Also, the practice of reserving poolside loungers with towels at 5.30AM beggars belief!! Nevertheless my husband and I had a wonderful holiday, and will soon be booking for next year.

Perfect hide-out for a no-frill holiday maker
It is perfect as a hide-out. The staff is really friendly and the eating experience is relaxed and packaged well. It is a short walk to the beach and main attractions of Hammemet centre. The hotel has no traffic and is quiet and relaxed ... but once inside you find it is not deserted as well. However, the fittings in the rooms can look dated and in need of upgrade. We also experience insects in our room. Though it was not a major problem. Overall I was hapy but felt i could get better value for money elsewhere given many hotels in Hammamet.

Very Nice Stay in Hammamet
The hotel staff was very helpful and we enjoyed being able to drop off the room key to pick up when we got back for the day. The chicha bar was comfortable- and we found ourselves using the space for our wifi connection for the laptop. We were able to connect using their wifi connection even in the outside of the bar, and that gave us more privacy. The room was nicely decorated, and although the mini-refrigerator had iced over (and could only cool off drinks a little)- it was still adequate, and could have been defrosted, I just didn't take the time. The service at the regular bar was terrific, and also comfortable. At the time we arrived in September, much had been freshly painted and looked great! The air conditioner for the room did not cool efficiently, but just walking onto the balcony we got the fresh breeze we sought. The room was always cleaned before we returned, that was admirable. It was quiet, and we slept well. I would stay there again- I felt welcomed and the service was fine!

Plaisir et repos pour un petit budget
Mon séjour a été tres agréable ,un accueil chaleureux, une équipe à féliciter pour sa disponibilité et sa courtoisie . Le restaurant propose différents plats traditionnels ainsi qu’une cuisine européenne variée de tres bonne qualité. Les chambres et l’ensemble de l’hôtel sont d’une propreté irréprochable.
