Nice, room too small

The lobby was nice and the restaurant also, it was an old hotel, the room was small and not so clean, the staff was very nice, we just stayed one night, so we were not able to see all the amenities

Great hotel

The room is clean and comfortable but there is nothing to do around the area.

Weekend in Hamburg

The hotel was very confi. The staff was very friendly. 24 hrs desk. Clean room and lovely hotel shower. WiFi worked throughout the hotel. It seemed a bit off the beaten track but was still very close to the main station and we could actually walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Especially if you were to explore art, it was a great stop. Breakfast was nice. It even has a swimming pool and sauna. For the price it cost, it was definitely recommendable.

Weekend trip away

Spent two nights here and did the job for a stay in the city. Approx 30 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was adequate albeit a little small for a single but was fine. The staff left a small packet of sweets each time they cleaned the room which was a nice gesture. The ladies on the reception were quite helpful especially when needed to print something.

Not bad, but outdated

The hotel was ok, but slightly outdated. No airconditioning, but I was fortunate enough to have not very hot weather at the time. Very close to a railway station on the line from the Hamburg airport. There were no tea/coffee facilities in my room (although I thought there would be - maybe my mistake, not sure). The bed was quite comfortable. Free wi-fi as advertised. Breakfasts were very expensive, I wouldn't buy them in the hotel.
