They cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Another person reservation was also cancelled. I pressure the worker to keep looking until he found my stay. Other than that the place was worth the money 😊

the hotel is under terrible management. I booked it through expedia, they cannot find my booking for the longest time even with the iterniry number. And then they charge $100 on my credit card on file. they said the charge should go away after check out. It has been more than 2 weeks, the charge still there. It is way too much hassle to stay at one hotel. and take care of all the before and after.
