Nice hotel newly renovated room clean updated

Pros: Location was great for us. Headed for a Cruise great place to stay for the night after 8 hour drive. Less than hour to Port
Cons: I think bottle water would be great for guest
Location: Close to I-55 . Mall n a lot restaurant to eat within couple miles 😊
Check in was fast n easy great staff good breakfast

Cozy in Hammond

I loved my room. The bathroom with big and spacious but the continental breakfast can use some improving there wasn't much to choose from instead of oatmeal try some grits and put some meat like bacon or sausage and more variety of cereal but other than that everything else was wonderful I enjoyed my stay and if I have to stay in Hammond again that's where I will stay

Bad, bad, bad!!!!!! Horrible part of town. All kinds of riff raff hanging out. Breakfast was not sufficient. Had to go grab breakfast.

Made a reservation through Expedia.

Booked through Expedia. Arrived within the hour to be told no double rooms were available. Clerk said they had 6 single rooms available but we were still turned away. Poor customer service!
