The curtains were covered in holes from moths or something and the carpet had random wet spots throughout the room. I would not recommend walking around the rooms barefoot.

Very bare bones, no services- no housekeeping, you have to sign your life away to get a glass, no phone, no Kleenex, not even a plastic cup for water, have to trade in towels at the front desk, have to take out your own trash. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t super clean in the room. Would not stay again. The staff were pleasant.

Being geared more towards extended stay, we don't offer a lot of the amenities a nightly hotel would so that we may offer deeply discounted rates. I paid $100 for a hard bed, overly used pillows and I could not shower and the manager didnt even discount my stay. See pictures. Won’t be staying again. Spend the extra $80 and go somewhere decent.

Toilet didnt work. Water wouldnt go out the bathtub. Refrigerator had rust on it and didnt work we had to put our food in the freezer so it didnt spoil. No manager to talk to on duty. Im never staying here again. Very dirty and dusty. We sneezed all night.

The location was good - right off the Interstate. The hotel was very quiet. The beds were uncomfortable, as were the pillows. One of the elevators smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the hallway smelled like wet, limp salad.

Worst Stay
I booked this hotel for a week. The very first night, it stormed and water started pouring in through the top of my window. I immediately notified the front desk in to which she just seemed confused and wasn’t much help. I asked if I could switch rooms and she said she would ‘text’ management and ask. I never got a reply for her for a while. She eventually came back to my room and said I couldn’t switch rooms till the next day and put a bunch of towels on the window sill and on the carpet. The room wasn’t cleaned properly either— along with the completely SHREDDED comforter they had on the bed. Why would you keep that there? The next day I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could switch rooms, he kindly switched me. When I got to the new room, the handle in the shower was broke, the closet door was off the track leaning against the wall, none of the phones in either of the rooms worked, and to top it off there was a ROACH crawling across the desk. I have never felt so disgusted and uncomfortable at a hotel stay before. Not to mention, they didn’t do housekeeping once even when I asked them to when they came around to their ‘weekly’ housekeeping. If you need towels, you have to take yours downstairs and exchange them and the person doing it will act annoyed because you interrupted their FaceTime call with their friend. You also have to walk your trash to the dumpster. The staff was nothing but lazy and disrespectful.

The room was nice sized, but had some major issues which threw me off. If I'd known of the policies of the hotel I would have managed it differently. Here's what I would have done: brought my own drinking glasses, hangers, hair dryer, pillows and ice. The furniture in the room needs re-painting or staining--lots of wear and tear. There was a kitchenette with a refrigerator/ice maker, but it was not turned on. No ice and no ice machines in the hotel. We had an issue with the TV turning itself off. The front desk person graciously came to our room to help and secured the cord that was loose. The room was clean. There was no in-room coffee, but it was supplied in the lobby in the morning.

They had no hot water. I called the front desk and she said to keep it on for 20 mins to warm up!!! I asked for a new room and was denied therefore I asked for a refund and was told she couldn’t do it. Please fire everyone that this location and Cobden the building it’s falling apart scratches on everything smells of unintended carpets mold!!! I would not even let my dog stay here.

Front desk staff and housekeeping are terrible and rude. Facility is disgusting and run down. Rooms smell like mold. It looks like a section 8 complex. Didn't even want to leave my wife alone to go to the store. The housekeeper barged in our room at 10:30, telling us we eed to get out, my wife was completely undressed. They are lucky we didn't call the police. Stay there at your own risk.

For the price, it was fine enough, but be warned--if you are looking for a clean hotel room this ain't it! Carpet was super sticky, trash under the bed, bathroom had mold. Also, the water wasn't very hot in the shower and there seemed to be mold in the room beyond the bathroom given the allergic reaction I had. Be careful if you're on the first floor--the windows in the room were cracked open and unlocked when I arrived. Front desk staff was very nice and coffee in the morning was good. A bit tricky to access but not far from I-12, which was perfect for me.

This was my second time staying here and the 1st rm was really nice both on the 1 st floor but this time I was on the other side right across from the gym and I was very disappointed. The room was nothing like on the other hall. It was old and worn out looking….its was like coming from a 10 to a 2 room 😩made me look stupid to my significant other because I just told him how nice it was and that was far from nice.
