Could and should be so much better

Firstly, I'm giving an honest opinion based on other stats at hotels for similar or less prices.
We stayed for one night at a cost of £120 (breakfast included), our room was not in the main building but in a small block to the side. The room was very dated, cracks in walls, In desperate need of decorating, The bed had clearly seen better days and was a small double, the bathroom was dated and not very clean (coffee stains up the back of the door!) and the door annoyingly could not be closed without locking and keep banging against the door stop each time. Parking bays were small and there didn't appear to be that many for such a big hotel.
Breakfast was ok, but I'd certainly not have paid £16 for it, glad it was part on the deal.
I'd say I've stayed in nicer Premier Inns for a lot less money and much more comfort.
