Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit freiem ZugangPosted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Fitness-Center und Pool, Frühstücksbüffet, Starbucks im Eingangsbereich.
Location: Farnborough zentral. Kleines Einkaufscenter (The Meads) in Laufentfernung.

Stylish hotel, somewhat different insidePosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Good location, good breakfast and staff.
Cons: Lobby needs reworking so it isn't all basically the exterior of a pub. First impression was poor.
Location: The B&Q nearby is absolutely massive, if you like that sort of thing.
We got a good deal on two nights here on a trip to visit family. When we arrived we drove right past the hotel as it has no obvious signage on the building, although there are directions to 'The Village' around it. The hotel exterior was crowded with a drunken rabble, and in the lobby it was a little like being in a fairly rowdy pub. The check in was fine and very quick though. The room itself was good - slightly faded quality on show, marks in the bathroom, tap was missing its top for some reason. The bed wasn't attached to the wall and so slid away when you tried to sit up on it. And the TV was quite something - grainy access to the standard five channels, then Sky Sports and nothing else. Very peculiar, the quality and selection was far far worse than you'd get with a standard aerial cable anywhere in the country. Service in the hotel was good though, and the breakfast was done well. It was good value for two nights, but I think the allure of the exterior leaves you a bit disappointed when you get inside.

Very convenient - Very ModernPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms - free wifi
Cons: More comfy pillows in standard rooms. (Upper class rooms get a choice)
Location: Farnbrough Air Museum - free but will fill only an hour.
15 min walk to rail station for London. Free parking and WiFi. Have to pay for pool unless you book direct with hotel or get charged £5 per stay for pool. Rooms modern - a few broken switches but probably just wear and tear. Hot water not worming one evening for a few hours and electrics blew once !!! Great Breakfast and very friendly staff. Despite minor problems I would definitely use again.

NOISE!Posted Jul 28, 2015
Noise from the live band in the bar downstairs was disturbing, could not get to sleep at all. took it up with reception in the morning, but did not seem bothered. They said they will get a manager to call me to discuss, still waiting, no call as yet!

Pleasantly surprised!Posted Jul 14, 2015
Wasn't expecting too much from this hotel as we only paid £69 for the room, but it was great. I phoned to request early check in, and they had made a note on the system so room was ready early for us. The staff were mostly very polite and helpful apart from a few at breakfast. Pool was lovely and clean although noisy and parts roped off because of children's swimming lessons on Sunday morning - we got free access but I would have been annoyed if we'd paid £5 each. Car park was busy and difficult to find a space at times on Saturday afternoon and late evening. Food at breakfast was great, very good value for £5 each and a good selection including pastries, yoghurt, fruits and cooked breakfast. Great value stay and would definitely use this chain again.

Tiny, dark rooms and an understaffed hotel!Posted Jun 5, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here for 3 nights as we were doing a show in Farnborough. We booked 'upper deck rooms' - They were tiny! It didnt help that it was also extremely dark in the rooms. The hotel has a fantastic gym and pool area which we used (Mainly to stay out of our rooms). The restaurant in the hotel was massively understaffed all 3 nights we were there. I have heard this before from a colleague of mine, the service was extremely slow - it was embarrassing bringing customers here for a meal after the show, We won't eat here again - and the be honest we wouldn't stay again.

Nice staff, but disappointing hotelPosted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here for 3 nights in May. The hotel is close to the centre of Farnborough on a small business park. Our room was small, the bed was hard, with just one pillow each, and the daily cleaning was very basic. The throw on the bed was stained, the carpet was gritty and the bathroom needed attention. On the other hand, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good spread of hot and cold items. We were with family during the day, so only experienced the hotel early in the morning and late at night. There is advertising everywhere for their Upper Deck rooms, which may well be a better choice if you are going to be in your room for any length of time. I don't think we would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel in FarnboroughPosted May 18, 2015
The hotel and it's facilities were nice, staff in the reception and restaurant were polite. Swimming pool was great The only slight problems were the rooms little touches, above the shower on the celling was dam patches, the tv had been changed for a smaller one and with limited channels and picture quality was bad. Paintwork in the room not the best but all these down points are not bad and I would go back but could do with attention

Great business hotel.Posted May 13, 2015 on Hotels
I stayed at this hotel for 17 nights and I did enjoy my stay. The rooms were well appointed but small. The lobby has a Starbucks which is convenient. Nice walk ways and within a 15 min walk to a mall with a new movie theater in it. The hotel also has a full gym with pool and spa. I only used it a few time but very nice.
