There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband...
