“Everything was great, never have I ever such wonderful treatment as I did staying at The Tides, staying in Hampton for work and getting out later at night really made it hard to get a parking space as everyone else had already shown up and checked in and parked before I was even half way through a shift and the management of the property made sure I had a spot when I got there being so late after check in and that was really helpful! Sometimes it's the little things that are most helpful”

“A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded……

“Room includes a bed and a bathroom. We didn't need anything more than that so when comparing prices in the area, this was perfect. Parking is a lot down the side street. It is made for small/mid-size cars and is accessible to guests before check in time (just check with front desk for a parking pass). For a one night stay after a show, the hotel was just right. If you are looking for a longer stay on the beach, the location is perfect but you may want more space.”
