needs a face lift

Pros: not much
Cons: replace things starting with the carpet!
Location: location is fine ...
The whole place looks like it has been overused and not cared for... THe bed was horrific with one side sagging to the ground and the other mushy... Cushions on the sofa were stained which always makes me creeped out and the chair had seen it's share of people sitting on it. The only clean thing was the fact that there is a dishwasher....

Dated, worn hotel in need of refurbishing

We were on the bottom floor and had to walk through an employee only area to get to our room from parking lot/lobby. This area was hot, smelly and dirty. This is also where the game room is located-4 old school video game machines and an air hockey table. Inside our room was grimy - the walls needed to be wiped down and the sofa cleaned - plus the refrigerator didn't cool our drinks despite making a racket all night.

Good family skiing location.

Rooms outdated and a bit on skeavy side. Food and restaurant service downright awful and it really doesn't have to be that bad even for ski lodge type food. John Harvards is worse than the Christensen's pub, but both are pretty bad (service and food). In the plus side, staff mostly very friendly. Lines were manageable.
