We ended up checking out a whole day earlier because the walls are so thin that we could hear the guest in the room next to ours. Unfortunately the resort could not accommodate us with another room so my family and I decided to shorten our stay…..didn’t feel we should be uncomfortable on what was meant to be a vacation.

Great Stay
We loved our stay. Our child got sick while we were here and the front desk helped out with an extended check out and provided many crafts. everyone was friendly and helpful. Super close to Jiminy. Enjoyed seeing a Hanukkah display up as well as all of the beautiful Christmas decorations. Well done.

Very good weekend. It was very off season, late November, so nothing going on. We knew that when booking. Was a very nice quiet couple of days. Dinning options was the only downside. Needed to travel about 20min for decent restaurants. The only restaurant around the corner was stupidly expensive. $18 for a burger that was smaller than the average Burger King cheese burger, yes cheeseburger not whopper. lol. If you want fries that was extra

This property is amazing and the staff is so nice ! There is plenty to do at the hotel itself including the movie theatre,pools and game room. My 4 year old loved it here as well. We will definitely be back again !

It was just what we were looking for. We needed a “recharge the batteries” weekend and this was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the unit was great, everything we needed. Checkin and checkout were easy the staff were very welcoming. We will be going back.

Well worth it
For the money you can't beat it. A one bedroom with a kitchen for less than a hotel room? Come on be serious :) Bed very comfortable, location great. It is not the Marriot, but a great price and lots for the money.

Somewhat quiet- we could hear the party above us most of the nights. Gorgeous mountain- nice pool although the bottom needs to be cleansed! Will go back!!

High quality furnishings, spacious unit layout, gorgeous mountain view’s available, and unit has everything you need. Activities and pools if you like that kind of amenity. A real luxurious country “get away from it all experience”.

This is a yearly tradition for us. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the reservation, but two of the employees of the three employees working at the time were very helpful and it was eventually taken care of. Robert was especially helpful and Bill was friendly. This is a nice place and most of the people who work there are very pleasant and professional. I would recommend it.

Love the Bentley Brook!
I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here either solo or with family for the past 15 years and it has always been a pleasure— and a much needed getaway. It’s in a beautiful setting, it’s impeccably clean and up to date, the staff are awesome and super friendly, and there’s plenty to do! The apartments here have a full kitchen and plenty of room and space. Really the best.

Lovely place to stay and the views from our room, wow! Great place to stay. Two negatives. Our room was in a building that you would have to walk a bit outside to get to pool, hot tub and other amenities:( The other was that the walls were thin. We could hear a person snoring from our suite a bit.

Great property for ski-in ski-out. Nice overall size of the suite, especially like 2 rooms wiht 2 xtra beds The suite itself needs a bit of updating. Paint. The master shower is very small especially for the size of the room. Outside of building roof seems to be rotted and falling down. As well as a retaining wall that is collapsing. This is dangerous.
