IT IS A WONDERFUL, RELAXING EXPERIENCE

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. ALL STAFFS ARE KIND, THE FOOD AT RESTAURANTS IS DELICIOUS. ESPECILLY I LIKE LIVE MUSIC AT THE MAIN RESTAURANT AT NIGHT. IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO GO AND RELAX IN SUMMER, BUT IT IS OKAY IN WINTER, TOO. HOWEVER IT IS NOT LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE MAIN LAKE. IF YOU HAVE A CAR, IT IS NOT FAR FROM THE MAIN LAKE.

外部设施明显优于内部设施

离市区近,有湖中泳池,总体来说外部设施明显优于内部设施。户外的几个泳池都特别棒。房间内很多设施细节方面不好,附近吃的几乎没有,最好开车去市区吃。或者提前准备些吃的喝的带去。

地理位置不如洲际和喜来登,但进出还算是比较方便的。作为Hilton的品质来讲,有点名不符实,早餐质量、客房清洁度、服务人员数量等等,都需要很大的改进才行

酒店景观超好,人很舒服,尤其是室外游泳与自然融为一体,服务人员态度一流,对待小孩很有爱心、耐心,有宾至如归的感觉,以后到千岛湖一定首选杭州千岛湖滨江希尔顿度假酒店,有朋友游千岛湖我也一定会推荐!

Luxry hotel with less staff

Pros: The room is terrific, the views of lakes looks great.
Cons: The service should be improved. I sitting in coffee room for 20 minutes, nobody come to me even I requested a waiter, no one coming, really strange.
Location: Prices are expensive in this small town.
This a very luxry hotel with excellent views of Qiandao Lake. Clean, comfortable, but too noisy with local people. The numbers of hotel staff seems not enough to service so many guests, special in holiday. In a word, not too bad for vacations.

Holiday caos

Not very nice, tool me 30 min to check in and 55 min to check out cars parked every where and the food seams old. The breakfast was like a camp no service and the service I had was bad I ask the chef for omelet and then after 10 min he still giving the food to Chinese so I felt really bad?
