Good Hotel, but terrible front-desk services

Well, I'm the regular customer of this hotel from beginning, I satisfied with the staffs and whole the facilities which I have been offered... But now I'm very disappointed in all of front-desk Staffs Manager & Security are NOT guest friendly! Extra person charges apply beyond double occupancy if you forget checkin 2 pax of your booking confirmation. I booked a non-smoking room, but it seems like that it not nice smell, order caused by smoked moldy, mildew or even both.
