Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Great amount of space. A bit dated but overall very good and would stay again. Better room than the Hilton downtown that I'm at now.

I have been staying in many quality hotel apartments and I would say that in terms of quality and standards of service it was great. I have to warn you that there's a school nearby and the morning music is so loud.. also there's a supermarket near by which is good. But however in terms of communication, it was a challenge.. the staffs command of English isn't strong, they had a hard time understanding that I need my sheets changed and washing machine switched to dryer.. constant frowning and ignoring whenever I say thank you. overall my experience was pleasant, I'll not stay here again for sure.. because in my opinion, communication is the key to a good hotel experience.

A basic hotel with full apartment amenities ie. kitchen, clothes washer, etc. Not too cheap and located far from stores and restaurants, it is 30 minutes from the airport, which is better than the 60 minutes in center city if you have an early flight. They have a decent Japanese restaurant, but that is about the extent of their offering. Nothing to write home about.

Great location and near the Industrial parks and Commercial districts, but still easily accessible if one wants to get into the city centre to have dinners and do some shopping. Supermarket is a couple of doors away.

My stay at Somerset Hoa Binh was good except the lift is rather slow and the room and other facilities already quite old. Hoping to see the place renovated with newer facilities.

great hanoi option away from old town
Great hotel/apartment. Kitchenette was useful, indoor heated pool and hot tub is great. Bed is soft. Only thing it didn't have was a stocked minibar, or a dryer, but it did have a washing machine and an iron, nice tv.....decent bathroom. No complaints.

Excellent stay
Very reasonably priced for an apartment type room. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff were welcoming, kept our luggage in store for several days for us. Easy to access Old Quarter by the shuttle they provide. We would certainly stay again if in the area for work.

Very comfy serviced residence in a good location
This is a very satisfying serviced residence that is situated in a convenient location, easy to reach various landmark venues. It takes about 15 minutes maximum to Keangnam Tower and Lotte Centre, and about 25 minutes to Hoan Kiem district by taxi. The hotel staff are all approachable and welcoming.

Satisfied. Nice residence style hotel to stay. Reasonble price. Spacious room with very good condition. Two thumbs up! However, lack of restaurant and breakfast at the coffee shop right text door was a bit disappointment.

Nice stay.
+Nice stay. Less than 30 minutes to airport. Breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was good. Service was excellent. -TV is small by today's standard. Dryer not working quite well. Price is a little bit high compared to other nearby hotels.

A great hotel with great service!
We stayed at somerset Hoa Binh Hanoi first 2 nights and then 1 on our return. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way for us. Arriving early on the train both times we were able to have an early check in! The rooms were huge which includes kitchens and laundry facilities ! Just wounderful and this was just the studio room!! The resident lounge was great to use after check out with tea and coffee facilites . The swimming pool (20 meters long) was a great place to spend after a day out and also a nice warm spa was available . Even though we were 25 min out if the old quarter by taxi it is not expensive getting into town. Cost if this hotel is favourable when comparing quality with the others. Also the breakfast at Highlands restaurant was quite good if you like local cuisine ! It was the friendly staff that helped make our stay memorable and the fact they remembered my birthday with a gift was special !

First Class Hotel
This hotel was wonderful in every way. Clean ,comfortable , staff very efficient . The rooms were so spacious and had a full kitchen in ours so bedroom was separate to living / kitchen area . Beds so comfy too. Swimming pool ,of 20 meters , was a winner to do a few laps in at the end of the day. Breakfast had not bad Asian choices which we don't mind! It's a 25 min drive from the old quarter but what you save on accommodation you can pay on taxi fares.

This is the 5th time to stay this hotel, because the location is convenient for my client. Clean and confirtable enough to repeat many times. It is much better if they have shampoo and conditioner separately. But I have no difficulty other than that.

Great value for money
The rooms are quite large with great services. The hotel staff are very patient and kind. The pool is a nice treat and the gym is great! The only downside is the breakfast at the nearby Cafe (Highlands) is not well stocked and it seems like a burden for the Highlands staff.
