“Clean room, good breakfast options and close to the train station ”

“Nice hotel. Clean room and friendly staffs. There are supermarket, shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants nearby. It's in a convenient location. But this hotel doesn't offer amenities, you can buy from reception desk or bring your own.”

I had left my room keys at the reception in the morning for cleaning; however, when I returned at night, the room had still not been cleaned. I then had to wait nearly half an hour in the evening for housekeeping to attend to it. Even after calling the reception for room service, it took around 20–25 minutes for anyone to respond. Overall, while the property has potential, the service needs significant……
