Very good central place outside the city of Seattle. I asked for a very late checkout, they were able to accommodate for an extra $50 which was WELL worth it for me and allowed me to have a better trip overall.

I liked everything about the propety. The staff was helpful and friendly, the attached resturant was a little expensive, but had excellent food and service. The hotel room was comfortable, with an excellent bed and armchair. Excellent shower with immediate hot water. there were good reading lamps. The hotel was within convenient walking distance of the Pike St. Market and a lot of good resturants on the waterfront and nearby streets. We walked 20 minutes to the Space Needle one way and abit further to the ball stadium the other. So well situated.

It seems likely that this is a fairly new property (i.e, a recently refurbished property under new management), and I expect that some of the anomalies are growing pains that will eventually be worked out. The property was nice, spacious, and the flooring and furnishings looked very new. The floor was actually rather uneven, which was OK, but something to know about. The system is set up with electronic locks for the hotel entrance and for the rooms, and there is a phone number to call for immediate assistance. The concept is that you can basically check yourself in and out, but unfortunately, we had trouble with the codes they gave us (including replacement codes) throughout our stay. There is not a “front desk” per se, but rather a person with a laptop sharing a small utility room. That person was very helpful to us, but you should be prepared for an experience different than the usual. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, but recognize some unusual aspects for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.
