The owner is extremely nice and helpful.

Pros: I like the location and the helpfulness of the staff.
Location: savannah georgia, hilton head beach is very close.
My husband and I stay here a few days a month for business. We always stay here because of the hospitality of the owner. The rooms are cozy, nice and remodeled.

Since the renovations it is a you get what you pay for. But we loved it.

Good stay for the price. The place is under renovation but that did not get in the way of our stay. We spoke to the manager about the issues in our room and they immediately sent someone to fix it. We requested for the bed linens to be changed and more towels etc. and they promptly responded with more linens and towels. Breakfast was very modest but they were also kind enough to prepare tea for us, since we did not want coffee. A number of breakfast places are easily accessible from this place, so we did not fuss much. Free wifi did not work though. Neighborhood seemed fine. Driving back from Tybee Island, we had a good night's sleep here. Overall, the beds were comfortable, AC was set at perfect temperature, and shower was refreshing. They could improve on washroom fixtures for aesthetic reasons but everything worked fine.

Bed bugs!!!! Very nasty!!! Do NOT recommend to anyone!!

Improve your customer service

My stay was amazing. Only thing I did not like was the gentlemen behind the desk assisted everyone else while ignoring the ringing phone. Soon as I walked up he answered the phone and not once asked me to excuse him or anything. I found that to be extremely rude. I was a paying customer just like the other two guest in front of me in fact my room was already paid for before I entered the facility i was just there to get my room number and key.

Will not go back

As of March 2017 this place needs a lot of work. Looks like some new painting was going on. We booked a double queen but received a king instead. Seems some people just live there. Hallway smelled like Bob Marley was having a party. For breakfast when we checked in I saw the breakfast area. When we went there in the AM they had no food! Waffle maker was there but no mix, cereal containers were empty. There was a few muffins but delivered to hit the BK next door. Benifits - well it was chaep. Guess you get what you pay for.

Sub-par

In booking a two-star hotel, I didn't expect much. I got less. The location, just off I-95 is JUST OFF I-95. Highway traffic noise is loud. Half of all light fixtures were missing bulbs. A smoking room had no ashtrays. And yes, the roaches came out to play. Not your best choice for the area.
